Welcome to Sentient Professional Wellbeing! Here you can explore our space prior to your in-person appointment.
Entrance via Elizabeth St
To locate Sentient Professional Wellbeing, enter the St James Trust Building entrance as pictured above. This entrance is directly across from St James Station and Hyde Park. This is the entrance to the building on Elizabeth St. This building can also be accessed via Castlereagh St.

Room 919
Room 919 is our warmly welcoming therapy room located on the 9th floor of the St James Trust Building. If your appointment is located in Room 919, enter the St James Trust Building and take the elevator to Level 9. From there, find the door for Room 919 with name plate reading "The Centre for Professional Wellbeing". There is no waiting room in Room 919, however your therapist will be there to warmly welcome you into our space.

Please note: If you are seeking the bathrooms, travel back down the hallway, past the elevators where there are bathrooms in the middle of the hall.
Room 816
Room 816 is our warmly welcoming therapy room located on the 9th floor of the St James Trust Building. If your appointment is located in Room 816, enter the St James Trust Building and take the elevator to Level 8. From there, find the door for Room 816 with name plate reading "Sentient Psychology & Counselling" and "The Centre for Professional Wellbeing". There is a small waiting room in Room 816, where you will be able to wait for your appointment.

Please note, if the door is not opening, please knock and our admin staff, or a therapist will open the door for you when possible. If you are searching for the bathrooms, head back out to the main hallway, where bathrooms are located around the middle of the hall.

The Welcome Here Project supports businesses and services throughout Australia to create and promote environments that are visibly welcoming and inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) communities.

We display this sticker to let everyone know that LGBTIQ diversity is welcomed and celebrated within our space.

Reception Area
There is also a small desk where our lovely reception staff will warmly greet you and offer a glass of water if needed.

Waiting Room Chair
There is also a chair to the side where you may sit and wait for your appointment. We have hand sanitiser provided when needed, and a radio playing calming and relaxing tunes.
