Therapy with Robby
In my work, I find that people have already given much consideration to their situation and have not gotten as far as they would like in solving their problems on their own. Often there are barriers and underlying issues that are difficult to see, which I can be helpful in identifying, processing, and overcoming.
My aim is to form a collaborative partnership with you in which we can look at the situation you’re in through many lenses and strive to close the gap between the life you’re living now and the life you would like to be leading.
Therapy consists of our together understanding of the operative issues of your situation and finding solutions that are practical and enduring. By partnering up, you gain a confidant trained in scientifically proven strategies to cope and someone to champion your progress in reaching your personal and professional goals.
I am dedicated to building collaborative partnerships with clients based on respect for their autonomy, compassion for their challenges, and belief in their personal strengths.
