As a devoted mental health coach, I support individuals seeking help for both personal and professional challenges. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief and/or loss, I'm here for you.
I have a special affinity for serving multicultural clients. My own experiences shape my understanding, and I stand by my clients with an empathic perspective, recognising the unique challenges of these circumstances and journey.
Grief and loss are at the core of my practice - whether you're mourning the death of a loved one, facing the aftermath of a relationship's end, dealing with health issues, or navigating major life transitions such as leaving a cherished hometown.
It's essential to acknowledge that grief is a deeply personal process, manifesting differently for each person, even when confronted with similar losses.
I also work with organisations engaged in the noble causes of animal care, social justice, and environmentalism. With my background as an academic researcher, I publish on psychosocial issues surrounding compassion and interspecies interactions.
My therapeutic support extends to veterinary professionals, animal shelter workers, conservationists, activists, volunteers, and others who may face the daunting pressures of stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, and compassion fatigue amidst their demanding roles.
As a practitioner, I harness therapeutic frameworks such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches. I also weave in insights from my extensive corporate experience in strategy, insights and behavioural sciences.
I aim to create a sanctuary of safety and non-judgment for my clients. My mission is to help clients rediscover and reconnect with the inherent light within, which may have been obscured by life's challenges.
Communicating in Hindi fluently and via conversational Punjabi, I offer support to multilingual clients as well.
